Admiral Mark is a distinguished U.S. Navy veteran with over 34 years of service, culminating as the 46th Chief of Supply Corps and Commander of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). Throughout his naval career, he held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer of the Defense Logistics Agency and Director of the U.S. Central Command Deployment and Distribution Operations Center in Kuwait, where he managed logistics operations across the Middle East.

Following his military service, Admiral Mark transitioned to the private sector, taking on executive roles such as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, CEO of Associated Aircraft Manufacturing & Sales, Inc. (AAMSI), and General Manager at Microsoft, where he led supply chain initiatives for the company's Intelligent Cloud. He is also the founder of Oakleaf Software, a firm specializing in supply chain solutions for both public and private sectors.

Admiral Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and dual master's degrees in Business Administration and Petroleum Management from the University of Kansas. He continues to contribute his expertise as a public speaker and advisor on logistics and supply chain management.
