She serves as Chief Investment Officer at L Investments, a family office with a broad portfolio in public and private equity. Her background includes advising on over $20 billion in M&A deals as a banker at Lazard Frères and leading private equity investments at Argonaut Capital.

Candice holds board and advisory roles across several SPACs, including Clean Earth Acquisition Corp., Athena Technology Acquisition Corp., and Springwater Situations Corp. She is also actively involved in the global family office ecosystem, holding leadership positions with organizations affiliated with NYU, Yale, Princeton, and the Family Office Association. In addition, she is Chairperson of the Salsano Group, a diversified holding company with investments across real estate, consumer, technology, and media sectors.

Candice Beaumont earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance & Marketing from the University of Miami, graduating at the top of her class. She was also the captain of the Miami varsity tennis team and earned Academic All-American honors during her collegiate athletic career. In 2015, she expanded her expertise through an executive education program at the Harvard Kennedy School, completing the prestigious Global Leadership & Public Policy for the 21st Century course. Prior to her studies in Miami, she attended Rice University, where she laid the groundwork for her academic and athletic achievements .
